Nikolas von Haugwitz began his career at a leading retail company in Hamburg with the support of hjumen recruitment consultancy. Initially responsible for the accessory & gift shop, he was promoted to marketing director within a short time.

He has since become managing director, a position he has held for the past six years, and just celebrated his tenth anniversary with the company.
